Creating an architectural solution, the creators of the project were inspired by the minimalist European style, using natural materials in the decoration. ARCHITECTURE
The architectural concept of the Lavandovyi project is based on the low-rise buildings of European cities. The use of natural elements and building materials in the design of façades, residential areas, and common areas not only make the buildings harmoniously blend into the urban area but also creates an ecologically clean atmosphere.
FILLING
The internal territory of the Lavandovyi project will be closed to uninvited guests, will have an access system and round-the-clock supervision. The underground parking area and guest parking lots outside the project area will be available for vehicle storage. For the smallest residents, there will be bright playgrounds, as well as rest areas for adults.
