Our achievements
The architecture of Alliance Novobud residential complexes is imbued with respect for the capital and its history. In Kyiv, the company is represented by two projects that are being implemented — the Illinsky House club building in the Podil district and the Montreal House business-class residential complex in the heart of the capital.
Since 2010, Alliance Novobud has been engaged in the development and modernization of Brovary town — the capital’s “fellow” town. Since 2010, we have built, commissioned, and sold 12 buildings of the Lisovyi Kvartal residential complex, 4 buildings of the Zelenyi Kvartal residential complex, 2 buildings of the KRONA PARK residential complex,
6 buildings of KRONA PARK ІІ residential complex and 4 buildings of Madison Gardens residential complex.
9 buildings of the KRONA PARK II residential complex are in progress.
A few years ago, Alliance Novobud started a new project — «Lavandovyi» a suburban club-format residential complex. The combination of three-story low-rise buildings and townhouses with cozy courtyards and underground parking areas is a new format of conceptual residential real estate for the most demanding customers.

Alliance Novobud is a socially responsible player in the construction market. In addition to residential and commercial real estate, we build social infrastructure facilities.
We have built and handed over the following infrastructure facilities to the municipal town ownership: Sosnovyi park, Kazka kindergarten, sports ground,
dog-walking area, basketball and mini-football fields.
We restore the city's infrastructure, installing lights on sections of the streets that go through the town, paving asphalt, etc.
