Lisovyi Kvartal

The Lisovyi Kvartal residential complex is a comfort class project in the central district of Brovary town. It consists of 12 buildings that have a well-developed internal infrastructure. The main advantage of the complex is a well-developed infrastructure with shopping, sports and health centres, a park zone, and convenient transport links with the capital.

The residential complex was built on basis of environmentally friendly materials with the use of monolithic frame structures that provide high sound insulation, as well as ensure reliability, durability, resistance to seismic activity, and fire resistance. The glazing of the residential complex is made of metal and plastic European quality structures with double-glazed windows.

The Kazka kindergarten was built as part of the project. With its full equipment — furniture, kitchen utensils, bed linen, etc., it has been handed over to the town's ownership.
