Alliance Novobud launches a housing purchase program for military personnel

In order to support and thank for your contribution to the defence of Ukraine, the Alliance Novobud developer is launching a special program for contract servicemen and employees involved in the security and defence sector. Under the terms of the offer, they can purchase an apartment in installments of up to 18 months without a price increase and with a down payment of UAH 300,000.

Both servicemen and their family members (parents, spouse, children, brother/sister) can purchase an apartment under the special program. To conclude an agreement, a serviceman or any member of his family must provide a document confirming that he or a family member is fulfilling military service under a contract or works in the security and defence sector.

For clarity, we will give an example of calculating the monthly payment for a 42.58 m2 one-room apartment at Krona Park II residential complex, which is being built in Brovary town. Building No. 12, to be commissioned in the II quarter of 2024:

• Installment period 18 months
• Full apartment price: UAH 1,470,867
• First installment: UAH 300,000
• Fixed monthly payment for the entire installment period: UAH 65,104

The first installment for certain apartments within different residential complexes shall be calculated individually. Alliance Novobud always makes advances to its customers, so it is ready to offer the best payment terms. The program for servicemen involves several stages, therefore the terms of the first stage described above are valid until December 31, 2022. We will provide additional information about the implementation of the next stages, as well as their terms and conditions.
