Government Housing Programs at Alliance Novobud: How to Purchase an Apartment Using IDP Certificates, the “e-Restoration” Program, and the “e-Home” Program

Alliance Novobud is opening up new opportunities to purchase your own home through government programs supporting Ukrainians. Starting today, you can use certificates for IDPs and military personnel, the “e-Restoration” program, and purchase ready-to-move-in apartments through the “e-Home” program in the company’s projects.

For many Ukrainian families, the government housing certificate has become a real chance to finally resolve their housing situation. In particular, certificates for internally displaced persons and military personnel, which can be worth up to approximately 2 million UAH, can already be used in Alliance Novobud projects.

The certificate can be used:

• as full payment for an apartment

• as a down payment when purchasing a home

• in combination with a payment plan from the developer for the remaining balance

 

If the certificate amount is insufficient to cover the full cost of the apartment, Alliance Novobud offers the option to finance the remaining balance on favorable terms directly through the developer.

The company’s projects also feature the “e-Restoration” program. If a home was damaged or lost as a result of the war, the state certificate can be used to purchase a new apartment in Alliance Novobud complexes.

It is worth noting separately that purchasing apartments through the Ministry of Education and Science mechanism is available in the “Lisovy Kvartal” residential complex, where active construction and apartment sales are underway.
