Alliance Novobud is helping to shape a new generation of real estate professionals

Alliance Novobud continues to contribute not only to the development of modern cities and the creation of high-quality housing, but also to raising the professional standards of real estate industry specialists. The company has become a partner in the practical training module of the “Real Estate Development” program, which is being implemented by the International Institute of Business in collaboration with the Real Estate Business School.

As part of the training, a practical field trip to Alliance Novobud’s projects was organized for program participants. Future and current industry professionals had the opportunity to see real-world development case studies, learn about the specifics of creating residential complexes of various formats, and analyze approaches to developing modern projects.

During the visit, participants studied in detail the concepts and implementation stages of the Krona Park II and “Lavandovy” residential complexes, as well as the Illinsky House clubhouse in Podil. Particular attention was paid to product development, site planning, architectural solutions, the organization of public spaces, and the creation of added value for future residents.

The practical part of the tour was led by Alliance Novobud Marketing & Communications Advisor Iryna Mikhalova together with the company’s team. Participants had the opportunity not only to familiarize themselves with the projects but also to ask questions about development processes, marketing strategies, the specifics of working with clients, and current trends in the residential real estate market.
